Mid-way between the two main campuses of Edinburgh University and adjacent to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, and EU Pollock Halls of Residence and many of the main University residential areas. We are also convenient for the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, and the Edinburgh Synagogue and Mosque. Direct bus routes to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
The house is set in a conservation area (Waverley Park) of similar imposing Victorian properties and has the use of the local locked communal private gardens with a key available to guests. There are seating areas for Guests in our attractive front gardens.
