We stayed overnight, & chose this hotel for some TLC in a grand old house. Unfortunately we were disappointed by what could have been a very nice stay. Starting with potholed access road, unkept garden and property, I use a stick but were given a basement room via circular stairs, room very noisy from staff setting up breakfast in the room above at 11.30 at night, no shower, no chair, room next to staff, cracked crockery, coeliac request ignored, etc. Read less
